8 Refinancings

• Ventech: Prewave raised $67M Series B; Fluid Topics raised a 15M€ Series B; Mindler welcomed new investors; and more fundings for Ogury, Codasip, Helping…
• AFI Ventures: Notable refinancings include Faircraft's 15M€ Series A and new rounds for Inarix and Morfo.

11 Exits

• Special Mention: Believe, now among the world’s top music companies, achieved a landmark 36x multiple exit for Ventech’s initiator fund.
• Other notable exits included Fluidtopcis (partial), Reachfive, Launchmetrics, and Apryl from AFI’s portfolio, which was acquired by Progyny, a leading US fertility and family health benefits provider.

• Prewave: Launched its US and French offices, furthering its global expansion, alongside its $67M Series B.
• Veo Technologies: Henrik Teisbæk, Founder and CEO of Veo, was honored as Tech Entrepreneur of the Year by EY, further cementing Veo’s position as a leading innovator in sportech.
• Reveal: Partnered with Crossbeam, combining forces to strengthen market positioning.
